Robert W. Sauter

Bob Sauter is a founding partner of the firm, and practices primarily in the area of public sector labor. Bob has represented clients as counsel in several cases before the Ohio Supreme Court involving the Ohio Public Employee Collective Bargaining Act (issues involving strikes, appropriate topics of bargaining, constitutionality of interest arbitration for strike-prohibited employees, and unfair labor practice charges) and public records issues. Bob is a frequent lecturer regarding labor and employment topics. Bob’s publications include three Law Review articles dealing with Ohio Civil Service law and the Ohio Public Employee Collective Bargaining Act.
