In the Public Sector
Our representation involves all facets of labor law, including unfair labor practices (ULP), negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, arbitration, mediation, and advocacy before administrative agencies such as the State Employment Relations Board (SERB) and the Ohio Department of Education (ODE), as well as representation in state and federal court.

We represent clients before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and state and federal courts regarding all matters involving:
